Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from hintsylee. It explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund or replacement.

2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is shown as delivered.

3. Eligible and Ineligible Items

Eligible for return

  • Physical products purchased from hintsylee that are not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.

  • Items returned within the 30-day return window with proof of purchase.

Not eligible for return

  • Gift cards or store credit.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

4. How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Email us at support@hintsylee.com within the 30-day return window.

  2. Include your order ID, a short description of the reason for return, and photos or video if the product or packaging is damaged.

  3. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

  4. Ship the item back within 10 days of RMA approval using the instructions provided.

  5. Packages sent without prior RMA approval may be refused or returned to sender.

5. Return Shipping and Refunds

  • If hintsylee is responsible for the issue (for example, wrong item shipped or damage in transit), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees, including any express shipping upgrades, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to cancel and return certain purchases within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable local consumer laws.
